  6. In 2018, Volkswagen launched the Polo with a 1.0-litre petrol engine. The specs of this car were a bit low due to the naturally aspirated engine, which was compensated by the Germans through the prices of the car which was kept low. The 1.5-litre diesel continued without any major changes.
  7. The new generation Polo comes with a BS-VI engine variant. The new model has seen several upgrades to the exterior, the infotainment system (comes with a 9.5-inch touchscreen, and a multitude of connectivity options) as well as the overall engine metrics. The wheelbase has slightly increased by almost 90 mm.
